Answer:
1. Please open the chassis and you can find a white sticker at the edge of board with 12-digit MAC ID.

2. Download the MAC tool form following link: https://www.asrock.com/support/download/mactool.asp

3. Extract (Unzip) the file as "MAC161B”folder then put entire folder into a bootable USB flash drive root directory.

4. Boot up system than press [F11]to enter the Boot Menu, select your USB Flash, afterwards.

5. Under DOS environment, please key in the command as follow:
Cd MAC161B
MAC CXXXXXXXXXXXX
(XXXXXXXXXXXXis MAC Address;please refer to the step1 to check the MAC Sticker)

6. After Key in the instruction, the system will flash MAC address automatically.

7. When "Done" showing, the MAC address already been flash successfully.
You can reboot the system into OS.

Answer:
1. Please make sure your OS is 64bit and also check your CPU, whether support AMD-V.
2. [Enable] [Secure Virtual Machine] option in the BIOS.
3. Please check the [Enable Nested Paging] box in Sun's xVM virtual box software.

And then you can virtual 64bit OS.

Answer:
Please kindly refer to below steps for try.
1.Open Notepad and type following registry entry.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\usb]
"USBBIOSx"=dword:00000000

2.Save file as "USB.reg".
3.Double click this file to add the information to the registry.
4.Reboot system.

Answer:
If you encounter this problem, there are two solutions you can choose, pls. select either one at your convenience.
Solution1
Please flash BIOS to P1.70 or later for AM2NF6G-VSTA and P1.60 or later for ALiveNF6G-DVI.

Solution2.
Or please refer following steps to re-write MAC address under Windows^® Vista™.
Step1: Check MAC address.
When system boot up, press "F2" to enter BIOS setting.
Boot-> "Boot settings Configuration" -> set "Boot From Onboard LAN" to "enable".
Press "F10". System will restart.
Please "F11" and select "NVIDIA Boot Agent".

Then you will see MAC address, pls. record it with no space for later usage.

Step2: Boot system into Window Vista
Right click "Computer" and click "Properties"

Step3:
Click "Device Manager"

Step4:
Click "Continue"

Step5.
Right click "Networking Controller" and click "Properties".

Step6:
Choose "Network Address" in "Advanced " folder.
Write "MAC Address" which got from step1 into Value item.
Then click "OK".

Answer:
Please try to install your CD-ROM, CD-RW, DVD-ROM, or DVD-RW to primary IDE (IDE1, blue connector) and install your hard drive to secondary IDE channel. If you still encounter problem, please download the tool to rewrite the MAC address from:

Prescott CPU needs more powerful power supply than Northwood CPU. Please use a 400W(or higher) power supply with Prescott CPU. We also recommend to use following vendors' power supply：Delta、FSP、Seventeam、Macron、Snake、AcBel Or please consult the suggestion of this website.

Answer:
The MAC address of the on-board LAN is erased. After updating the BIOS or clearing the CMOS, please boot up the system and enter the BIOS setup. After loading the BIOS default, please exit and save changes. Failing to do so may cause the MAC address disappeared.
